bushfire preparedness - free workshop

The Barwon-South West area is very fortunate to be have been offered one of four free interactive workshops being held across the state by psychologist and author Danielle Clode (sponsored by Australasian Fire and Emergency Service Authorities Council – AFAC and CFA) to discuss and explore bushfire psychological preparedness and responses.

This is a unique opportunity to hear from someone who has personal experience in the Black Saturday fires as well as a wealth of professional knowledge and research in understanding what happens in a bushfire and why and how people respond the way they do. Danielle also worked for the CFA Royal Commission Taskforce during the Black Saturday bushfires.


This free 2 hour workshop is open to all community members.
